There's no problem if you guys see this or not. Its actually better that way because then people can see which moderators are actually around and which take lounger to get around. Also because you've been on staff you that roll calls backstage get pointless. Because anyone can pop up and say YAY I'M HERE! and then leave for a good time.
I find that posting it elsewhere, with a new title is a good way to see which moderators are around or not.

we decided to put this in announcements rather than backstage because usually during the rare times an inactive mod comes to check on cb, the first place they goto is backstage. if its in announcements, they're less likely to see it.

Rolls calls are not hurting anyone. Everyone has their opinions on them and whether or not we should do them. But this is not the only way to determining who's active or not.
