stubborn.gif mad.gif AHHH!!!

I have Norton and Trend Micro Anti-Spyware .. I followed the instructions Norton gave me to eliminate this shit .. the first direction was to delete 'The ABI Network- A Division of Direct Revenue' in Add or Remove Programs .. but I can't! It said that it cannot find the file etc.. I've done scannings .. and yet some adware files cannot be deleted because it's being used [DrMon.dll] .. but I'm not even using it [am I?] .. after I delete some .. they come back wacko.gif

What the hell should I do?
