While cutting and pasting a video off of a site like hotcodez.com is easy enough, how would one go about putting their own downloaded music videos on their myspace? (Most of the bands I listen to aren't exactly mainstream, so most video code sites don't have what I'm looking for :D)

If anyone knows of any good tutorials, please post.

Also, is their any free hosting sites that would allow that much space to be used?
