I don't know if this guy is going to be doing the website contest, though. *Points to his signature*

so this is juss like the best "looking" site?.. i think u should have a rating scale, with points in different topics,
1) design - look of the skin/site
2) organization - if its easy on the eye
3) content - the things in that site, is it usefull and intresting,( not juss blah blha im bored "stuff")
then u could add the points together and find average, for winner!
