actually dairy just helps fight off belly bulge. u are tlaking to the obsessvie dieter/exerciser here. I have tried everything...body wraps, negative calorie foods, exercising so much that I couldnt stand without collapsing, and starving myself. Those suplements dont help. THey just make u feel yucky. theyre all the same. You get the same effects from energy drinks. They pump your body full of caffiene so it acts as a diuertic and makes u lose your appetite. And it gives you mega joltz of energy so you workout longer. but its really not good for your system. For exmple, and it says this on the bottle, Hydroxy cuts serving is 2 pills, and it has the caffiene of 3 cups of coffee. Thats rediculous. So just eat healthy and let yourself get older first. People naturally lose weight and gain muscule as they grow. easy as that. Lift weights regularly. Eat fruits and veggies instead of cookies and ice creams. It sucks, but you will be grateful for it later, so you dont go thru what I put myself thru.

Starving .. woah. Everyone need foood to balance their nutrition.
I dont think teen needs to startve themself because they are still growing. Milk provide calcium for them to grow.

ROSEMONT, Ill., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- You don't need to cut dairy from your diet to achieve weight loss success, suggests a new study published in the August issue of Obesity Research.
Researchers at the Mayo Clinic found that obese adults can include up to 4 servings of dairy foods per day in a reduced-calorie diet, combined with moderate exercise, and still lose a significant amount of weight and body fat.

Dairy peptides are effective in the reduction of systolic blood pressure (SBP) after three and six weeks of consumption, according to a new study published this month in the British Journal of Nutrition.1 The authors of the paper conclude that a functional food, enriched with the dairy peptides tested in the study, could assist in the prevention of hypertension in people with blood pressure that is above normal
You're also losing blood pressure too! I think it's pretty helpful. I'm not sure if most blood pressure occur in obese people. If it does, it'll help them when they are trying to lose weight by workout.
