If you're smart you'd invest in bodykits, and spoilers(if rwd/awd), to shave off an extra 300th of a second. :P

Guys have unpainted bodykits because not everyone has the money at once, and it's cheaper to prep the area needing paint yourself.

I would have to say both, I buy tune up parts for my cars such as intercoolers, and new sparkplugs and such. But I am also planning to get a Neon engine just to look cool. However I don't like Japanese cars, even though I drive one. Porsche 911 Turbo Baby!

i'd put underbody lighting on a minivan that's not otherwise externally modded.
