Umm. I use chloroseptic. It's a type of spray that you spray in your mouth towards the back of your throat. It really works too!

I drink boiled green tea when I have a sore throat. It works for me.

Drink lots of water...and honey really helps. When my FSgt lost her voice on course, she drank this crazy concotion of strong peppermint tea with a whole lemon's lemon juice in it, and honey, and then she downed a glass of milk...We all tried it and it tasted kinda gross, but it worked like magic for her.

I use the warming-the-water-and-putting-salt-in-it method, and it works.
I suggest cough drops, though.

I eat celery, or carrots. the juice soothes my sorethroat for some unknown reason. just eat the celery. and the juice is the celery when you chew it, so yeah. same with the carrots.

they sell a lot of products....you can try taking cough syrup, throat drops (you can bring them to school and pop one in whenever you want to). i think they also sell drinks that soothe your throat. and the most obvious way is to NOT TALK. well, except when you have to.
hunnigurl01
in korea they have halls tea.
it's really cool. it's these little dissolvable things that you put in hot water.
so it's like hot like tea, with the soothing efects of halls.
ahhah. it works great, but i duno if they sell it here.
KissMe2408
mmm...it's called "Coat Throat Tea" and it works really well...Honey works good too, tho the organic is better for your throat....Any tea will make you feel better...And i mean those cough drops really clear up your throat and stuff. When i have a bad cold and my throat is all hurting and clogged up and stuff i have to gurgle..oh wait..gargle?...same difference...I have to gurgle/gargle Apple Vinegar with Honey. It tastes like feet, but it works really well

ugh...those taste like crap and don't have enough menthol to soothe your throat.

just get any type of hard candy to suck on. it doesn't matter whether it's thorat candy or a cough drop. they all do the same thing...if you want that menthol feeling or taste, then get some mints.
miss barnes
my throats been sore for like 2 days..it hurts to yawn

Halls Fruit Breezers are LOVE. They work well, but you have to eat them one after another. And salt water works, too.
Hiphop d[-_-]b
I used to make hot lemonade.
You just boil some water stick in lemonade ingredients and Yum.

Or sore throat candies and lollipops. Hot tea with honey.

sayitaintso
LOTS OF WATER.
marzipan

My Cinderella.
Cough drops and green tea should do the trick.
misoshiru
Hot honey lemon water, or you can mix apple juice with honey.
synthase
smash the insides of a lemon in a cup, and then add hot water; yes, it will be sour, but its really good for the sore throat!

another way is to add salt to hot water; and this one is more disgusting ( to me)

hope this helps !
Crich323
gargle warm salt water. that and TONS of fluids. If you're voice is hoarse don't talk. I know about this I'm recovering from a cold.
think!IMAGINARILY
Chrysanthemum tea always works for me! happy.gif
