I herad that textures could make bledings and other things more attractive looking. And I was wondering where I can get some.
And can somebody tell me how to put it on the image, banner, etc ?

well, a lot of the brush sites in the bbor also have textures.
i personally use my textures all the time...
and you just put it in a new layer and set the blending mode to screen/overlay/soft light.
