Sure am. When I move to Hawaii (hopefully), I'm planning to go hiking.
As far as cardiovascular, I can handle running on the treadmill at a steady pace for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I can also complete 15 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training.
And finally, I body build, and commit to MMA (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Kickboxing)
I should get into swimming, so I'll have to plan that when I get to Hawaii :D

I used to be really athletic..
But recently I haven't been that active at all, the only exercise I get being walking to and from school etc.

I really am thinking about starting up in a new sport, though

I'm not really athletic at all.
But I can run really fast in short bursts. Although I've noticed that quite a few people around my size can do that. ^ ^

I work out 3 times a week, and ride motocross almost every weekend, idk if I'm "Athletic", the whole excessive partying probably cancels out all my working out
but I'm definitely active

now im all out of shape just at home playing games like a nerd with a hairry azz. back then i could run 1 lap around the track under 50 seconds.
has it ever occurred to you that not all tracks are the same sizes? the one i usually run on is about four laps to a mile...
i used to be a complete dance addict, but costumes were so damn expensive and my parents didn't want to pay for it.
i'm psychotic when it comes to volleyball. sand or indoor, i don't really care. i love how disgusting and gritty you get during sand volleyball though, ahah.
i like biking, walking, hiking, and rock climbing when i get the chance.

I am ,but not as much as I used to be. Two summers ago I would run twice a day, play tennis (for fun), go to the gym, then go to soccer practice everyday. Yeah, I was crazed.
Now I just work out 5 times a week for an hour.

The only reason I'm not athletic is because I'm 70lb and I'm advised not to put any more strain on my body (even if I could). Though I am extremely thin, I've got a
great extremely thin body, that I'm very proud of nonetheless, so I could get away with looking so

though I'm not! No, I am extremely lazy.
I was athletic when I was younger in high school, plus I was a dancer for many years.
I can still get away with yoga and pilates.

I don't really consider myself athletic, although I do share my moments where I'm really into sports and working out. I'm trying to become more athletic, seeing as I'm in Dragon Boat, Track & Field, and I'm hoping to join this type of hip hop club for Asian Club, just because it'll be some good exercise using my body to move around and making it flow with a beat haha. I've done swimming for a few weekends at my uncle's pool and my arms got more muscular then. I also hike everyday to school (our school sits on a fat ass hill and it's a pain walking up everyday) so my leg muscles are huge now x_x.
