I looked in the tutorials but i didnt see nething with this program does ne one else use it. If so could you please tell me how to animate a picture i already have. Or should i just give up with this program?

serif software is that free software rite? you can make animations and pictures, etc on it but, i downloaded it before, and there is no kind of file on there u can upload onto the net. i would giv up on that program

.... I used to use that.... It probably easier if you use MS Gif Animator, which is what I use to animate most of the time. You can get it here.
If you absolutely have to animate on there, on the opening splash page, you just choose the new animation part. After that, it's kinda like animation in any other perogram.
