how do you host music?

if the music isn't alreayd converted convert the song to wav or wma.
then upload it on a free host like freewebtown.com or blog upload.

I convert the file into a .rm since it tends to be more 56k friendly than wma or wav. Then upload it to http://www.30mb.com/ or www.webpost.net
