Kinda slutty. If you are in a pub or someplace like that, I really don't care. But if that girl is going to school or walking down the streets then it is a no, too much skin is exposed.

And those who don't have a body to wear sluttish clothers=ew.

it is if you show too much skin. if you wear a long sleeve with shorts or jeans with a tube top that looks better than shorts and tube tops together.

heck i walked around with my short jean skirt and my bikini with my guys friends cause we were swimming and it was hot from this rida hurricane. and i'm like not slutty at all and i have a bunch of mini skirts and tank tops....but i also have alot of tea shirts and soffies...u know i were watever or i mix them.

it ur living area is considered conservative.... shorts & tubes might be a big issue...
but if u live in big/urban cities.... shorts & tubes is nothing...

& it reallie depends on da situation & environment... u dunt wear shorts & tubes 2 ur bro/sis's graduation ceremony.... or charity shows.... elementary school programs....

shorts & tubes r reallie cute... i like tubes~ they r especially great 4 da summer~ getting sum sun tanning.... & i fink slut should be defined by attitudes... not wearings.... although these kinda of wear can attract guys... but doesnt mean u hav 2 be a slut...
