So I was wondering how many of you wear perfume.. and asking if it's right for say a(n?) 8th grader to wear it. Right as in do many of people around that age wear it?

Argh I'm confusing myself.

Oh yes and what is a good store/website to get cheap(ish i know it's not cheap) perfume that is good smelling?

I sometimes wear perrfume. Get some cheap perfume at like macys or nordstrom I got tommygirl its pretty good

I sometimes do...and sometimes use body spray. I don't see why an 8th grader couldn't wear perfume. Like someone else said, just don't take a bath in it. I was at Claire's today and they have some cheap perfume and it actually smelled really good. Maybe check out their website if you don't have one near you. Icing (store) also has a very good smelling perfume...even though i can't remember the name of it...hmph.

I wear perfume. I have this really nice one: it's a Demeter Fragrance, Hawaiian Vanilla. Very summerish.

i don`t really wear perfume, just body spray.

I dont wear perfume...i rarely wear it. I mostly wear deodorent[sp?] and lotion to smell good.

I always think that people who wear it have something to hide. Like their odour.

yeah i wear perfume whenever i remember to put it on. i have lilu and i really want to get the new pacsun fragrance ... nollie. i smelled it in the store and it was really nice!

I wear that stuff form Pac Sun. It smells lovely. Every one notices when I wear it and amazingly like no one else wears it. It's somme good smelling stuff. I reccomend the stuff that Jessica simpson made It's yummy. I tried some.

i wear purfume & yes an 8th grader can wear purfume i did! i use cavali just her. it smells really nice. but body spray works good too! you could go to bath&body works & get a nice bodyspray for cheap & a nice smelling lotion works too!

only sometimes, but its only really really light... because i know that when i walk past ppl who probably used half of a bottle to bathe themselves in it it makes me choke from having difficulties in breathing.

yup, everyday of my life. lol. my favs are Burberry Brit and Ralph by Ralph Lauren. its alright for 7th and 8th graders to experiment with stuff liek body sprays or smaller, lighter fragrances but no parfums as they tend to be over powering. just one spritz on the wrists and one on the neck and you're good to go. as you get older you'll have a ton of stuff. i have about 15 fragrances alone!

anyway, i was taking a test next to this girl who had the most horridly strong body spray smell everywhere around her. it was so distracting and i felt suffocated. she must have terrible b.o. to have had that much body spray on. that, or she didn't realize how much she got on.


it's not wrong for an 8th grader to wear perfume, but it would be wrong for anyone to wear it too strongly or to use it as an alternative to taking baths. *Shudders*.

i think you should =) well, you dont have to wear fancy perfume, bath and body works sprays are nice too, like mango mandrin . but for perfumes,i suggest Ralph Lauren Cool, but its not very cheap

I'm in 8th grade and I don't where perfume only because I despise that stuff. Errm, I'm pretty sure Claire's has perfume, probably cheaper than department stores. My mum likes Anais and that Beyond Paradise stuff, haha, I'm not an expert at perfume. I just know I'd rather smell good w/ my shampoo and body lotion, oh yes, and the daily "let's go spray Pam w/ Axe when she gets out of the locker room!" thing from my guy friends.

i do. ever since 6th grade, and i'm going into 8th. i sometimes use body spray, and sometimes perfume. i never use those expensive strong-smelling perfumes though, just like $8-16 dollar perfumes from drug stores xD but it smells amazingly good!

I don't wear it, because I almost think it's rude to wear it considering so many ppl are allergic to it. Do you really want ppl sitting beside you sniffing and blowing their nose? Plus I don't like scents much, a little bit to cover up body oder is fine, but I prefer it when it's scentless, so I usually just wear anti perspirent and have showers often.

But if you want to wear perfume, go ahead. It's fine for an 8th grader to wear it, just PLEASE don't drench yourself

and of course it's okay for an eighth grader to wear perfume! just don't overdo it.

i highly recommend chanel's chance. it smells SOOO good. but it's quite expensive. for an eighth grader, maybe lancome's miracle or cool water by davidoff would be suitable. it's not expensive at all.

but whatever you do, do NOT get the new paris hilton one. it really stinks and smells cheap.


go to sephora.com to buy your perfumes. they sell almost every kind at decent prices.

sometimes i'll wear a little 'lucky' because i absolutly love the smell. other times i just put on scented lotions from like bath and body works because a lot of those smell amazing. just don't use too much - perfume and scented lotions, etc. are one of those things where less is definitely more.
