Has anyone else seen this movie? It's got the same style of comedy as Shaolin Soccer, and it's fcukin hilarious! I heard it is/was the top box office seller in China.

It's got a lot of Americanized comedy, and a lot of kung fu! Kinda to poke fun at people who think all Chinese can kungfu.

Yea, go watch it! It'll be coming out in American theaters soon.

Oh I wanted to watch it! When I was in Hong Kong for the winter. It seems so funny. I loved the cast of Shaolin Soccer, so I think Kungfu Hustle will be hilarious also. =]

some people say its funny but the story line sucks.

shaolin soccer will always be better since its got better characters and a better story. kung fu hustle is just... eh its alright. its a cheap excuse to show cgi action but even then the cgi is pretty crappy. i give it a 3/5.

and i loled when some people havent heard about this. sorry dudes, its an asian thing. espeically getting the bootlegs hahah

i heard a lot about this movie. won so many awards so far.

I am really looking foward to this movie. It looks like they copy off the matrix and other martial arts movies using Satire.

haha !! the chinese version of the kung-fu hustle is better. i watched the chinese version because im chinese ! it is so freaking funny !!! i love the movie. i bet you are going to crack yourself up when u watch it. =) maybe i think the chinese version is better because there are some cuss word that makes more sense den english.

I watched the previews in the theater and I laughed because it looks so stupid IMO. But I don't have that kind of humor that other people get in movies like that, so I bet lots of other people will enjoy it.

This actually looks like a pretty interesting movie. It reminds me of Shaolin Soccer. That movie was awesome.

ive watched it about 3 times now, lol. its awesome! im watching it again with my chinese class and all the black kids (no offense) are like "omg thats so stupid, you cant break a gun" they have no sense of humor or imagination...

This movie was hil-a-ri-ous to the max. Especially the first scene in the pig sty place or whatever where the wife was beating the crap out of the husband, i almost fell off my seat. Great movie.

I watched it two weeks ago...it's not FUNNY in that sense that they're really witty and stuff, but it's really funny in the sense that its kind of stupid, ya know? But I was cracking up most of the time, it was pretty good. i would recommend you go watch it

no offesne but when white versions of asian movies are made it kinda ruins it because they cut out some scenes

Yeah, the originals are always better. The dubbed versions are just stupid.
It was pretty funny, very stupid but you can't help laughing when you watch it. My mom hates Stephen Chow... lol..

i agree with you. subtitles are better than dubbing. like when i watch tv series that are dubbed, when people are screaming, the dubbing doesn't match the screaming and it looks like a tape recorder is on.

i think for some parts of the movie,you can understand only if you knew something about chinese culture,like curse words. and remember the couple in the movie?they are kind of ugly,i think. but actually they were famous for their looking in other chinese film and books.

i think that movie is just so overrated, the candy seller is so stupid, she doesnt need to do anything. and all the 'kungfu' are just fake. i mean, tony jaa is better than any of them.

this movie was pretty good, but not as good as shaolin soccer.

I didn't watch Shaolin Soccer, but Kung Fu Hustle was awesome. I laughed so hard during that movie...go watch it; it's original and hilarious.
