notelracailuj - No one in their right mind would give out free vexels. Vexels are very time consuming and most people don't give credit to the original owner, so all their work would often be wasted. It's better just to ask someone if you can maybe use their vexel for something.
misskentucky - You can use PSP brushes, and/or you can see if some of the newer PS brushes can be used. You'll never know unless you try.
