wheres the airbrush "eraser" tool in photoshop
its sposed to make the edges of your picture like glowish

well if u are using photoshop u should see an eraser in the tool box clik on it and on top somewhere to the left shuld be a dot. that is ur airbrush tool

EDIT..

i figured away u could do the glow but it is kind of too white too me i odnt know about u well/
go to the brush tool.
on the left side on the top bar u shuld see a picture of a brush .
clik and hold for 2 seconds
and menu should come out
.scroll down until u see airbrush soft round 50% flow
and go around ur image.
