well, considering that my ex's career was hotel management, and he was in culinary arts. he always made me food. but theres one particular item that was the bestest of the best! it was this cake made out of hard ass sugar/something i forgot. well, its something u can put in the closet as decoration or something. but i remember him saying it took him 52 hrs to do. and theres this letter he wrote to me, its about 47 pgs long (front and back), expressing how he felt towards me for our 1 yr anniversary. i think that no matter how much the gift cost, it doesnt have to be expensive, but if he put his thought and mind, and really out himself into the gift, then that shall be the best gift ever. but everything is all over now. he recently moved to atlanta, and in 2oo9 he shall come back and take me to japan! well i can't wait.

it wasn't actually a gift, it was a surprise thing for my birthday :) he drove me up to this hilly part of the country and we watched the stars till it was midnight (eve of my birthday). sweetest thing anyone's done for me. might be too corny for others though <3

My one boyfriend got me a Punk Hello Kitty music box. I really liked that.

my ex got me a 2 teady bears that had magnets on their noses to kiss them together. the white one represented her and the brown one represented me. it was super cute and super thoughtful. i still have it. we're tight.

a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's day. twelve roses. 10 real, one chocolate, and one silk. and he told me 'i'm yours until the last one dies.' but i dreid them all out, so i've still got all of them, actually.

for valentines day my bf stuck notes all over my house leaving me clues to look for the chocolates and stuff.. but that wasnt the matter lol what matter was that he actually stayed up and took time to think of this and did all this wen i wasnt home and surprised me wen i got home
