U should ask a perfesonal banner maker like Tal_Dara or someone in the topic of banner competition in FORUM pictures.Next time just go to forum xanga help

If you can't make one yourself....Find a banner, open it up in photoshop, and change its hue...

either have someone make you a banner or do it yourself using a photo editor such as photoshop
