Actually, I have an example. This is from some girl's AIM profile. Everytime I look at it it gives me a headache.

I find it extremely annoying. Learn to spell, learn grammar, and LEARN TO TYPE, dammit.

ALL of my real life friends type like that. ALL, except me. I'm the ONLY person that doesn't type like that.

Finally, a topic I can rant on. I hate people who don't type with correct grammar. I mean, I'm only human and I do make mistakes sometimes, but when you "typ lyke dis" on purpose, it makes you seem immature and like a little kid unless you're being helpful and using the text in a mature manner. Some kids ridicule others like that, and to tell you the truth, it's not worth it and it's stupid. Honestly, if you're an adult you should type like one, I'm probably one of the youngest here and I act the most mannerable and mature (no offence or anything) alot of you people pwn me though, like the moderators and some other people that are just cool. Haha. It's so hard to READ. Normally, I will comment on their grammar, or just ignore the topic. Sometimes I type like that for personal amusment, like in my signiture and all. I just think it's kind of pimp. If you do it all the time though, it's just stupid. I hope I'm not contradicting myself. Eek.

Ugh, I know the feeling. I'm never giving into bad grammar though. The weird thing is everyone in my class that types like that does better in english class than me. It's wrong. Everyone in the school types like that except for some who are smart.

yea, i've always wondered how long it takes people to type like that....trying to coordinate the shift key and all that wierd spelling must take a lot of effort
