Which one is better. From your experiences from those programs. Which has more options and is better at creating graphix with?

I don't know. I've never used them. That's why I want to know which is more worth it. Or is both of them the same?

Adobe photoshop IS photoshop. It isn't two different programs, understand?
I think you mean photoshop and paintshop pro!!!
Personally, I think photoshop is the best at graphics. That's just me though. Photoshop costs too much though, and paintshop pro is cheaper.

Ok so I thought more about it more. And does photoshop and paintshop pro both do this pic?

Yes, they do. You just need to find the brushes for the right program.

I use both paint shop pro & photoshop. In my opinion, photoshop is easier.

I'd go for Adobe Photoshop.
In my opinion, Adobe can do more than Paint Shop Pro.

Also, Photoshop is more of a professional program as well.

if ur really not sure id start with a trial. u can get a trial from jasc.com and a photoshop trial from adobe. (make sure u have plenty of memory.....or else it wont load). the paint shop pro trial is 60 days!!!.
