OK on a lot of the xanga skins and images people make they have these sirly things on the side. I assume they use Paint Shop Pro for that but I'm not sure. I would like to know how exactly people make those swirly things....

I'm pretty sure they do use PhotoShop for that, unless they steal it from someone else...which I would not advise you to do.

Nooo...theyre brushes that you can dl online. Just google "swirly brushes"

ok i downloaded a whole bunch but now i jsut cant figure out hwo to use them...you can tell i'm a beginner at this...help?

I figured it all out and yeah you can find links to pages with brushes on google but I found a really kick ass site it's links to all these pages with brushes way awsome...
