Ingredients
-a tub of butter
-flour
-3 red apples
-about a tsp. of cinnamon
-about a tsp. of salt
-about 2 table spoons of sugar
Utensils
-pie pan
-stirring spoons
-measuring spoons
-rolling pin
-mixing bowl
Bottom Crust Directions
Put some flour on a clean surface, and take about 2 or 3 spoonfuls of butter and put it on the flour. Put some more flour on top of that. You will have to knead the dough-yes, now we call it dough instead of butter & flour...lol. Now take the rolling pin and flatten it out. put it over the pie pan and make sure the sides reach up at the top of the pan. thats it!

#1- Peel the apples, and chop them into pieces.
#2- Put all the apples in a mixing bowl, and put the sugar, cinnamon, and salt into it as well.
#3- Stir it
#4- Put the filling into the pie pan, over the crust, and spread it out.
fact- the reason you dont put anything wet in there is because when you cook it, all the juice comes out of the apples.
Top Crust Directions
Basically do the same thing as you did for the bottom crust, only dont fletten it out, and dont knead it. you have to sort of make it so its crumbly. and sprinkle it on top
Cooking!!
put the pan in the oven at about 350°, for about 30-40 minutes. (until the top is golden brown)
make sure nothing burns....this recipe was made me moi!! (me) lol
