adobe photoshop , image ready , photo delux . even picture it . thats what i use .

you could use photoshop or paint shop pro ..

OR U CAN USE THAT ONE PAINT THING THAT EVERYBODIE HAS ON THEIR COMPUTER YA KNOE...IN THE START MENU....YEA

i use photoshop IF YOUR NEW TO IT ALL USE PAINT....

just use adobe photo shop or what these people suggested!you can upload it with your internet server and if you dont have one,you can use www.photobucket.com to upload the picture you want.then you can get the url of the picture.if you have adobe they make sure there set on pixels and width 600 and length 300.

Step One: Open Paint
Step Two: Draw.

I am so confused as to why everyone is so confussled about making a banner.
