Drugs, creams and typical acne cures sometimes work in a partial way but the results are temporary and the side effects are nasty. The tiny handful acne sufferers who have learned how to clear their acne from within and without ever using drugs or over the counters are the only people in the world who keep their skin clear permanently. Now you can learn these clear skin secrets from a nutritionist and a former sufferer who knows from real-world experience exactly how it's done with the knowledge on natural acne treatments

had a friend who went to her doctors and although there was a bit of a wait on the nhs, she did get it sorted, it was destroying her confidence and she was anorexic and seriously ill as a result, hence getting it sorted.

If the invasive stuff isnt for you I have heard people use palms moisturing cream, they sell it in boots and have just bought out a new one especially for scars, havent tried it but seeming as their renound for thier scar reducing anyway I cannot see this falling far wrong.

Also check out where they sell plasters in any big chemists (eg bigger boots or bigger superdrug stores) I have found many gels or solutions to put onto cuts to stop them scarring or heal faster or heal more smoothly, I know its not especially for acne but in my mind, a spot leaves a scar- I have had them in the past and know how desperate I have got over one spot- let alone acne, I know I would have resorted to ANYTHING to get rid of them and personally I would try these types of things myself, they are safe to use and have been proven to work on cuts which have far more skin damage than spots.
