i mean its not official yet. and we're not gonna tell her till a bit later. (the best friend) cause well right now in summer school she's doing badly like 66% and it's cause her crush on him makes her distracted in class. and she cant think for even 15 minute straight. so if we tell her she might fail the course..

the problem is how do we tell her? i dont wanna break her heart, even though i know i might. and now im too far into it ><

I think you should tell her, straight out. I mean, wouldn't it be bad if she found out from someone else?
You can start by like saying how you like him and how he likes you, too. Tell her you know you should've asked her first, but didn't want to get a big no-go on him. I don't know. That's the only thing that came to mind. Basically, just tell her.
