this woman hasn't had any sex in a while, so she goes to her doctor, who happened to be japanese. her doctor tells her to take off all her clothes and crawl really fast on the floor. she does that, then the doctor tells her to crawl really fast to the other side of the room. she looks at him and then he says, "aha, you have ex-actly syndrome." "wait, what is that" she says. "you're face look EX-ACTLY like your ass."

That isn't very funny... it's almost like a butter face joke. Everything beautiful butter face.
