Actress-turned-U.N. Ambassador, Angelina Jolie is adopting a second child, reports People. Already mom to three-year-old Maddox, whom she adopted from a Cambodian orphanage in 2002, Jolie will soon welcome a newborn Ethiopian baby girl orphaned by AIDS. She plans to name her Zahara. "My son is in love with Africa," says Jolie, "so he has been asking for an African brother or sister."
