Where is the most common spots for guys to get tattoos? On a girl it's on their croutch thigh area and above the boootaayy. I'm planning to get one, but I don't know where would be a good spot.

Anyway, common places are (I think) bicep or back.

Most of the guys I know who have one have one on their back or bicep, or possibly their chest.

I'd go for the inside of the wrist. Sure, it hurts like hell, but that's only for a few minutes.

Bicep - Hurts like a b*tch wen u start gettin close to the "meaty" part of ur arm where ur triceps are... iono y but DAMNNNN it hurts....

Back - u cant sleep on ur backk for a long @$$ time... back tattoos look horrible...

Forearm - Hurts quite a friggin bit.. i wuz wit a friend who did that wen i got my bicep one... he cudnt stop flinchinn...

BTW... do not go drunk to a tattoo parlor.. they will not let u get one that day due to reasons of the alcohol... makes ur blood come out more or suttin...

i'd say stick wit Bicep or Forearm.... they look betta...

My friends have them on their forearm/whole arm, neck, back, and on their stomach.

Most common for guys is probably their forearm. Why do you wanna know? I mean don't get a tattoo just because everyone is getting one.

a lot of guys have either bicep, chest, or back, around the top of the shoulder blade... I think on the ankle is cool though, discreet, yet kinda rebellious lol

I think he just wants ideas of where to get his tattoo, not that he's getting it because everyone else has one.

Back - It's discreet if necessary and impressive if you get a large one.

large ones arent fun... some take a week to fill in... and they bleed like a motherrrr... i suggest keepin the small... but big enuf they arent like freckles...

i'm probably planning on getting one on my lower back... where the spine kinda curves in.

and i also wanted one on my right or left intercoastal area (that's the side of the abs) but that would hurt like a mother cuz it's right on the rib cage bones.

but i like dragons

and i'm very very tolerant to physical pain.

Bicep? I see a lot of guys with tattoos on their arm, legs, & ankles though.

i heard that it's most painful on your neck because the skin there is sensitive...

sigh...i want a tattoo on my lower back that would be the first character of my chinese name "beauty." but i'm horrible with physical pain, when i got my ears pierced again for a second hole on each ear i thought i was going to die from the pain

i agree that the bicep is the most popular place for met but for girls i think it's the right shoulder blade

Shoulder

i'm not sure but i seen guys w/ a big, black, and long dragon all over their shoulder, breast, the side of their abs, and back shoulder. It was crazy.

i seen other tattos on their top arms.

the chest hurts a lot..i think it represents toughness though...i perfer the bicep
