i wanted to knoe how like wen ppl make banners or something they post a pic up and then they have a piece of tape that tapes the pic ... ER... well it was on one of the skins that was submitted.. and the person who made the skin said it was a brush.. anyone knoe where i can find it?

Actually, you dont really need a brush to make dat effect, u can just use tha lasso tool draw tha outline of a brush, change tha opacity in tha fill bucket tool n fill it in! its as simple as dat.

just draw the shape u want the tape to be on a diff layer...fill it in, then play around witht the opacities n stuff.....o ya, and add a bit of a darker outline, and maybe a shadow

those are good suggestions and all, but eh... a little tedious. a brush would make everything oh so simple. like just_dream said, you can "google it up"

If you have PSP (which I have) you can just use the outliner and fill it in (new layer though) and then change the opacity.

oh i found a tutorial on HOW TO MAKE TAPE ON PHOTOSHOP.....ill post if i ever find it!
