If you ever come across a page with tiny text, you can fix it really quick:

firefox: hold ctrl and if you have scroller in your mouse move it down to increase text.
firefox: go to view> text> increase size
ie: go to view> text size> medium/large

If you're using these in a webpage, don't just type them into the file--they might not display correctly on all platforms. You should use the appropriate HTML character entities; there is a list here.

jordanriane - Yeah, I know. It didn't help me anyways, because the background color was very similar to the text color to me.

You shouldn't use that when using special characters in a webpage, though; you should use the HTML character entities.
