Before you have to wear them just practice walking around in them at home...you'll get better. And, when you're walking don't look at your feet too much - look forward, it may help your balance. Practice makes perfect.

Dont buy stilletos as your first pair of heels.
Try buying THICK heels.

first pair of heels.. i suggest wedges. they're adorable and are totally in. they also give your feet a lot more support.

Wear low heels first and pratice. Then go for the higher one once you're good at it.

My friend told me that if you put a band-aid on your heel then it doesn't hurt as much and you just keep trying. That really didn't help did it..

just keep your balance.
and buy the kind with a thicker (bigger?) heel. not the ones with heels like a stick. xP

^ I agree. I hate those really thin heels because you can twist your ankle really easily. Try not too put too much weight on your feet. Walk in a straight line, confidently. Think graceful and light.

Yeah, that sucked for me. I had to wear reallyreallyreally thin stick heels for this trip, all dressed up. Yeah, I think I twisted my ankle that night. After that, I just started practicing with the medium heels, not very high off the ground.
