This should be in Fashion...

Thats a cute skirt. I would wear a simple pink tank top with it.

That's one of those skirts you can wear basically anything with.

But I would try to avoid wearing it with a white top. Try a t-shirt with color, or a black one with a fun design.

^Yes, avoid the dreaded white with white...unless you can make it work - which people simply can't do unless they are all about fashion.

Try a 'wow' color like purple or red...something that stands out - but only if your safe with the top of your body. Strong colors draw the eyes onto it.

Don't fret - that skirt could go with almost anything.

I think a pale pink or brown tank top/wife beater would match with that skirt.

fashion isn't really my area of expertise, but er...i would wear a black top w/ it...because black is my favorite color?

Cute skirt! If you had like a brown or pink t-shirt that had a sparkly design or something on it that'd look really cute. I was just at wal-mart and surprisingly they have some cute shirts for like $6...maybe check there if you can't find anything in your closet. A teal colored tanktop/t-shirt would also look really nice!

I have a skirt like that. Anything would really work with that. I wore it yesterday to the beach with a light blue tank.
Looow
You can pretty much wear this with anything. Except white and a really pale pink.

I would wear this with some kind brown. A brown cami with brown flip flops maybe? A shell necklace. Hmm yeah.

that skirt is effing adorable.... =3
and i would say anything simple, like a lacey tank top, etc.

i agree. Not a plain brown one though, it would look good with some kind of design on it

I'd wear it with a black shirt that said (in very stylish font) "I have too much money"

You can really wear any top with it. If you wanna wear white I'd suggest a bright colored belt or some bright flat shoes to add some color.

Wear like a colored wifebeater with a sequin-ey shrug. That would be cute.

i'd wear it with a tank or cami

black beater/then i would wear some black flipflops.?

I really like that skirt! Since it's very plain, you should match it with a top of different colour with some designs on it. IMO, this will suit well.

And maybe

OO what a pretty skirt. You can almost match anything with that skirt.
Wear flipflops and match it with that.
And accessories.
yellowgurl
i think you could.. wear it with something dark.. like.. purple not black brown, red, orange? just not yellow and white or creamy colours definitely not white..

a sequined tank top or cami would be great ..or wear a simple ribbed tank and layer on lots of bohemian jewelry. and if you need more coverage, try a shrug/capelet over it.
