Erm so i have this guy friend and we talk a lot with each other. A lot of the times we're outright flirting with each other and he kinda makes it sound like he likes me. He'll say stuff like "You're beautiful" or "i love you" seriously then go back to joking around. Well he was kinda bugging me today abt who i like texting me over the phone (i like the guy im talking abt here ) and i more or less told him i like him -- i didnt outright say it but what i said kinda makes it obvious that i do tho -- and he hasn't texted me back yet. So im kinda confused rite now. It mite just be that i said it over the phone or that he doesnt like me.. So any ideas guys? Im really confused abt this.

wow almost the same thing happened to me; its either 1; he likes you. so he's just shy to say that he does [over the phone?] or 2. hes shocked. 3. his phone ran out of battery! well hope this helps.

something similar happened to me, but it wasnt texting, it was online. (n no, it didnt hav a good ending sadly) me n my crush were chatting n i ended up telling him i liked him. n guess wat he did? he signed off. n then he signed bak on a couple mins later n said he got disconnected n asked wat i said. i wasnt gonna repeat it again, so i said nvm. but as i expected, he didnt REALLY get disconnected. he just pretended to cuz he was kinda shocked n didnt kno how to react. he later found the guts finally to tell me he didnt like me back. heh.
at the moment, i was pretty upset but looking back to it now, its kinda a good laugh.. haha.. guys are sooo immature sometimes.

i think he would be shocked- but try asking him if he likes you face-to-face so you can see his real reaction to your question, && you'll probably know from that
