i have to use a super plus sometimes for tampons but other than that, super pads.

The first two days are really heavy, but the next three are just regular.

for me, 1st day is light, then 2nd/3rd is really heavy so i use super, then it lightens up a bit for the next few days.

Just regular, because I just got my first period last November, and it's been irregular ever since, and I'm not very sure when it's going to happen. Hopefully it'll just be regular again, because I'm kind of tired of waiting for it to happen unexpectedly during school or something.

i sometimes dont even have to wear a pad cuz its so freakin light.

Well I don't use tampons, but you said it worked with pads too, so for me, it'd be super plus just incase.

It's pretty light at first, then it's kind of regular.... then it goes back to light and it's done. It's not too bad. Sometimes it gets really heavy halfway through, but not always.

I use regular. Mine is pretty much heavy the first two days, and it gets lighter and lighter over a span of 4-5 days

ARG, i envy all of you who only need regulars and say its heavy..mines like super the first day and then its super plus the next 2 days and then super or regular for another 2 days. ah, mines so heavy. im seriously about to consider birth control. haha.

I use the regular ones whenever I get them.

I heard using a high absorbency tampon for your period could put you at high risk for TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome). So I use regular pads.

well I have a type of hemophilia so I get it light and I only get it for four months out of 12 so Im lucky but my friends get it like super plus I feel bad for them =/

I get supers for my heavy days. I've tried regulars a few times for those days, and they only work sometimes.

well for me my first two days are SOOO HEAVY. but after that its like i dont even have to use a pad...its really weird

i use those uh slim fit tampons? i think thats what theyre called

super. just in case i'm out for an extended and unexpected length of time and I don't have an extra. that way i can freakout and have time to buy more at the store without worrying about and overflow. (ya. I know. ewww...)

it goes from regular to heavy sometimes. i've never had super plus. blah i hate getting my period.

it's pretty heavy the first few days, so i sometimes use the night pads, but then the next days are just moderate and starts getting light.

I usually get irregular periods, but lately, it's been coming on a pretty good cycle.

The flow is usually heavy for two or three days, but then it significantly dies down by the third day, and then it's just spotting for the rest of the week.

I'm regular
