Flip flops or some other kind of sandals ...it's summer. But in the fall/winter/spring, tennis shoes (running)...i have a lot of pairs of cool tennis shoes. :-)

i like runnign shoes...nut sometime flip flops cause they are easy to get in and out and no socks

I love my old navy flip flops. 2 for $5. I can't go wrong. One gets too dirty to clean. Get two more.

I prefer running shoes. I heard on the news that flip flops can cause permanent damage. I don't know how since I missed watching the news.
