Hrm...I'm not really good at critiquing photo manipulations since I've never made one...but this one seems really good to me! Nice job.

I love the blue eyes, and the tears. It's really good for your first photo manipulation.
It is extremely good for your first but there is just something about the lips. something about them, maybe they're a tad bit too dark? not sure..but it looks great!

She went over the lip lines, that is also why they look out of place.

Anyways, I like it. I suggest lightening up on the lips, they pull too much attention from the big picture. Maybe on the (mascara?) Eye liner...what ever. Just don't concentrate TOO much in one area or it's hard to appreciate all your work ^_^
