is there anyone out there who knows how to make cursors? if there is, can you please change this cursor

http://users.bigpond.net.au/chel/cursors/bmekid.cur

to like a lightish purple & make it into a cursor url? because i dont know how to >< sorry for the trouble. thank you in advance!!!

First off, you could've created your OWN cursor similar to that or the same as that with this tutorial.

Second, I'd change it for you, but I'm still searching for that program to edit that cursor in. >.>; I'll change it whenever / if I find it.
