I just go to a local outlet in my town. It's called Maiden Form. I don't know if they have them everywhere but it's a bra store. I know that basically all clothing stores have them. Basically everything everyone else mentioned. Go with your mom she'll know what to get, and if you aren't comfortable with her, maybe some close friends? Haha, I'm real close with my mom.

I guess any local lingerie store would work. Including Sears and The Bay, they have a wider variety of selections. Wallmart works too.

my mom buys my bras for me, but sometimes I go with her. I don't look at the store name though or I forget.

I really like the ones at GapBody but those can be annoyly expensive sometimes but listen to everyone else, go with Walmart. Tons of choices over there for great prices

Dude. Calm down. There's no reason for anyone to laugh at you. This is the Girl's Locker. You can buy bras pretty much everywhere. My mom buys them for me, but here are a few places:

1. Wal-mart:
Cheap, plain, comfortable and usually well made.
2. Limited Too:
Fashionable, a bit pricy unless it's on sale.
3. Victoria's Secret:
Very fashionable, very pricy, but it's probably worth the buy. Lots of variety.
4. Ebay:
Probably cheap..

Also try Mervyns, Macy's, TJ Maxx, Ross, SteinMart, Foley's, Dilliard's, Target, and pretty much every other store that resembles them will have bras.

Don't be embarrassed about having to wear a bra. I've had to wear one since 5th grade.

Department stores. Underwear stores (like Victoria's Secret) have better quality underwear, but if you're just looking for your first bra, than you probably wont stay the same size for a long time, and it would cost quite a bit of money to shop at places like victoria's secret.

Aww honey, we can't laugh at you. We'd be complete HYPOCRITES if we did. Anyways, you can get good starter ones at wally world and well, i go to Kohls. Depending on where you live you should be able to find good ones there.
