I was just wondering, someone just accepted my skin and then another staff member rejects it. What's happening? Does that 'cause a skin to be rejected or accepted?

If you submitted it twice, it may have been just to clear out the queue line. But if you re-submitted it after it was already rejected once, another staffer may have seen something that he/she liked and decided to accept it.

But if your skin is still in the database, you have nothing to worry about.

Only Admins/Supermods can edit skins that have been accepted/in the database. I think you might've submitted it twice, and one of them was accepted while the duplicate rejected.
