death metal, black metal, doom metal, funeral metal, thrash/speed metal, opera metal, heavy metal, industrial metal, industrial dance, apocolypse metal, gorecore, grindcore, pornocore, horrorcore,rave, dark ambient(sp), goth rock, goth metal, anarcho/oi/street punk, old school punk, drum'n'bass, jungle, futurecore, j-rock, j-pop, tokyo speedcore, k-pop, k-rock, dark trance, psytrance, trance, hard house, Edm, medival, screamo,emo, some rap, some bubblegum pop, happy hardcore, and some 60's rock

rap-metal, most rap, most pop, most mainstream music

i am a fan oh hip-hop/rap. but lately the music sucks and is so fake. 50 cent freakin ruined what the rap game is all about. hmm.. i like emo/rock kinda music, and r and b

Anyways, I like indie, alternative, punk, pop punk, emo, screamo...ermm, yeah that kinda stuff and a small amount of pop and hip-hop. I dislike country, some heavy metal, and some rap.

dislike: pop, mainstream pop/punk rock, rap, hip-hop, metal, emo, screamo, gothic, country...
i'll give you an example(s) of each of my likings.
indie: the shins, beulah
alternative: ted leo and the pharmactists, death cab for cutie (i guess they'd sound indieish?)
new wave: the killers, interpol
electronica: the postal service
classic rock: the who, the ramones
grunge: nirvana
boppy: the new pornographers

I like....emo, punk pop, Alt. metal, heavy metal, rock, some pop rock, indie rock, post-grunge, death metal, some Jpop, screamo, old school punk, goth metal, and.....goth industrial.
I don't like....rap, pop, R&B, hip hop, and country. >_<

why all the subgenres? can't you just narrow it down to a few, say metal, industrial, punk??? but, eh, i guess it's ok to be specific....
I'm into metal, industrial, rock, punk, new wave, synthpop, and dark ambient music. I'm not opposed to techno or trance either, I just don't listen to them as much as I do other genres.
I'm not into: rap, pop, emo, screamo, hardcore, country or stoner rock music. Those genres just don't speak to me much.

I like rock, hard rock, and classical/instrumental music. I hate rap and r&b, and I strongly dislike country.
