im so slow on things thats okay though. but did you guys know that eating salad after every meal could actually slim you down. my mother's friend tries this everyday. she could eat like 3 pizzas or something a day and after she'd eat a salad and she lost like 20 lbs while everyone's trying their own diet. would you guys try it? i mean salade isnt that bad. just but some salad dressing, chicken & some crutons =) yum. err i dont think i need a diet though lol.

wow; really? i would so try that. but i dont have time to make salad since i barely eat at home. And my school's salad is just nasty

That's interesting, I never knew that you could lose a few pounds and decrease your weight by eating salads. Of course, I never tried it before, but maybe that's not such a bad habit to start now that summer is approaching, and we're eating 2x than what we usually ate during the school year.

Not all of them are tasteless......but seriously can it happen? I know just eating salad can slim you down <=obviously since there's not much fat in it depending what u put in it!!
But also scoffing down pizzas after the salad??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!! And she lost weight?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I'm not so sure about it...................

You're not kidding, right? It's a bit hard to believe but I seriously need to try this. Not to lose weight, but just to stay fit, hah.

Actually, I think you would only lose weight if you eat the salad before every meal, because, that way, you get filled up faster before dinner or lunch or whatever, and salad doesn't have many calories. Do you get what I mean? lol ^_^ I could be wrong, though...

Wow, that's really hard to believe.
I've never heard of anything like that...
I actually would try it, to see if it worked or not.
But I really don't like salads. The salad dressing only makes it tolerable.
Sometimes I end up eating only the crutons.

Well, i would try it, like a test run. Erg, im getting kind of fatter though, ever since summer started.. ahh gotta lay off those curly friends
