Doubtful. Cobain was a clinically depressed heroin abuser who became disillusioned not only with himself as an artist, but with the music industry and with many of his fans. Weeks before his death, he tried commit suicide in Rome by overdosing on sedatives and champagne, but survived. He was mentally ill enough that it's no surprise he finally took himself out.

Maybe you should ellaborate on why and fill the forum in on details before you just say, "I think Courtney killed Kurt."

Well that's what has been accepted to most people. But alot of people, like myself, think that his wife HAD HIM killed. (They were many miles apart when the time of death took place, but...you never know.)

-Nirvana was huge. Courtney Love was a crazed drug addict, and her and Kurt had serious problems. If Kurt died, who do you think would make some money off of it?

-The "suicide note" could have just been a page ripped out of his journal where he wrote MANY negative things about the world and himself. The note mentioned nothing of the suicide.

-Doctors said that when he died, he had so much heroin in his body that he wouldnt have been able to lift the gun.

-If he had shot himself, the gun would not be in the position that it was on the ground.

-Fingerprints on the gun were never examined. (yeah)

There's more, but I can't remember all of it. If you look at all of it together, it's pretty obvious that he was murdered. But you never know...He COULD have shot himself.

Like he says, he was very depressed about something that I forgot why he was so depressed about. Maybe it's because of his music industry or maybe he just wanted to die in the first place?

oh... i had to read domonic's post again... so there was an investigation... of no fingerpints of his? hm... maybe someone did kill him. i was thinking maybe one his bands from nirvana killed him because kurt cobain was like popular more than the others and one of the band members was jealous that before he shot kurt... maybe he told kurt to write a suicide note. suicide note reminds me of lemony's snickets unfortunate events... where the evil uncle told the aunt to write a suicide note! so i guess one of the nirvana band wore the glove so it could hide its fingerprint and killed kurt cobain. I'm kind of in the middle of the road...he had a part in killing himself (with the heroin) but Courtney played a part too and up until a year or so ago she was still an addict. She has been in and out of rehab, lost custody of her daughter and everything else. Anyway, I personally think she had Kurt killed off and it was just too easy to get away with it looking like a suicide...

I think Courtney set him up. Rumor has it he was about to do something that scratched her out of getting any of his money.

There were no fingerprints on the gun. Dead men don't wipe their own prints. Also, the amount of heroine he had in his system was so much that he wouldn't have been conscious enough to pull the trigger.

There's books on it. Go find them and read them.

About the suicide note: I've heard rumors that the handwriting doesn't even match, but I'm not sure about that. Someone mentioned the music industry or whatever. From what I gathered he had become I think scared of the fame the band had gotten. There was the song Smells Like Teen Spirit I think? Or Nevermind? I dunno its the one with "Mulatto and albino, a mosquito, my libido" that was kinda like a message that artists could put out any kinda b.s. lyrics to a good beat and make money off of it.

It's "Smells Like Teen Spirit," off the album "Nevermind." But I don't think the lyrics are indicative of disillusionment with the record industry, as Nirvana didn't became famous until after the release of "Nevermind."

I'm sorry I didn't clarify that. It was more two different thoughts that might be related. I was under the impression that the song was about music artists in general, not the band itself.

He was so damn talented.... I used to be obssessed with nirvana. but maybe Courtney saw how bad he was suffering from his overdose...she shot him and placed the gun back in his hand. Or maybe the bitch just killed him.

The facts prove that there is no way Kurt could of pulled the trigger on the gun.
The facts are very strong that someone killed kurt cobain. It probably wasnt courtney DIRECTLY, but she was in with someone called michael dewitt i think it was.

Anyway its all in the document including copies of the so called suicide note, which is in severe jeapordy as it has no mention of suicide and teh only references to courtney and co are scribbled on the bottom - in different hand writing.

The only reason the real killer has not been caught is because the FBI or whoever refuse to reopen the case.

The Suicide note was NOT a sucide note, it was a note to his fans stating he was leaving the music buisness. There was also a second note that Courtney love hid from everyone that Kurt had written to her stating that he was Leaving her and leaving the country, but NOT leaving the planet.

Courtney love let slip about this second note on a chat show.

Additionally, friends of Kurt Cobain stated that Kurt had admitted he feared for his life, and one of the friends purchased the shotgun for him as Kurt had legal reasons why he couldnt which leads to more points.

The Shotgun was loaded with 3 shells - for defense. if it was for suicide why not one shell? thats all it takes. Also there were no finger prints on the gun which took the detectives a whole month before they started checking.

i heard a long time ago, like maybe a couple months to a year that officials had only started to investiagate the possibility of a murder and not a sucide.

The FBI wont open the case to investigate cobains strange death.

There is a petition somewhere online that people have been signing for years to get them to reopen it.

The fact is that the case was quickly dismissed as suicide, and the only reason we know so much about it now is down to a private detective that courney hired just before Kurts death. He knew somthing was wrong and started investigating kurts mysterious death for himself but everytime he got near somthing, love would have him reassigned to another pointless case.

Theres a lot of info online about this. Go find the petition and sign it! lets get the bitch and dewitt locked up!
