She sits in her room, crying, crying.
The bruises on her face, throbbing, throbbing.
“Why God? Why me?” she says to the dark.

She gets no response, just silence, silence.
Then she hears from downstairs, shouting, shouting.
Then a thud, and she dashes from her room to see.

There, on the floor, her mother, bleeding, bleeding.
She looks up, there, her father, with his fist, clenching, clenching.
She runs from the house, with tears in her eyes.

Not to the police, not to them is she running, running.
She opens a door, a red light, burning, burning.
She collapses on the floor, and sobs her heart out.

Then suddenly, a woman, towards her walking, walking.
Wrapped all in blue, sobbing, sobbing.
Who stretches out her arms, and hugs her.

She looks up, to see a face, smiling, smiling.
She smiles back, still tearing, tearing.
Then wraps herself all up in the soft blue cloak.

Wrapped all in blue, sleeping, sleeping.
Sleeping alone, peacefully, peacefully.
She wakes up, on the floor of a small room,
And upon the wall, a woman, smiling, smiling.

This is a very emotional and sad poem, but I love it. mellow.gif
Obviously, the kid is going through a lot, and I like how you used the adjectives twice to display the panic and the confusion that she has.
