i need some advice, i got strong abs but i have a little bit of fat covering it and really want a six pack that shows. anybody know how to lose a little stomach fat and any ab excercises that work really well?

crunches. 100 a day. omg it works so good. i think i almost have an 8 pack, but im gonna start only 50 a day because 8 packs are gross and weird >___<

ha ha lol go on a diet >_< cept its weird for guys to go on diets.... we'd all make fun of you... jk lol like everyone says sit-ups, crunches, or simlply go to the gym and workout there... they got courses and stuff specifically made for abs.... love machine no one likes a bragger (-._.-) lol

Use the ab machine at a gym, do situps/crunches, rest, drink a lot of water.

Well, you could go on a diet. Just do more excercise and not focus about your abs. Lose fat and then abs.

well thats one way to lower you body fat if your too lazy to run

j/p yea i agree, run. running and swimming are the best all around excercises u can do

Actually.... being anorexic is nothing to do if you're "too lazy to run".
Anorexia is a disease that comes with plenty of psychological background. I find NOTHING funny about it.

actually karate doesnt make you *strong* it teaches you differnt ways to fight but it doesnt exactly make you grow muscels, i guarentee you. If some 300 pound guy comes to attack you and ur 150, and black belt, i think the sumo wrestler would win

yea to lower your body fat. just run. i have the same exact problem. i know that i have one also cause i really work my ass off but i cant see only a little lol. its like transparent sort of ahahah lol. but running should do.
its just i dont like running. lol i hate it but im willing.
and sweat a lot. cleanse yourbody by drinking a lot of water.
