can anyone give me a link how to make a layout from photoshop? i think someone said you can make a layout from there.

You can't make layouts. you got to make the images and put them onto the Layout sheet.

You can design a layout in Photoshop. Please check out http://good-tutorials.com under Web Layouts.

here you can learn how to make the image but like ^ said you can only make the image in photoshop then you must code it .
