i listen to those safety people who came to my elementary school for years. i don't talk to strangers. unless they're giving out free food samples =]

Thats how it is when you meet new ppl. They are complete strangers, bcus they are "new". But i try to play cool, and let them notice me. Doesnt always work though. Then i make them laugh.

Other-

For a complete stranger, you simply stand out. Do things other guys don't do. Ask her opinion on something that she might actually respond to (Like womens equality) and then you can tease her about her answer a little. (You can literally walk away without giving your opinion) Judging by how you type, I'll assume that you are in your early teens. In which case, you simply do this, tease her, and within 3 minutes, get her contact information. Something like

"Do you have a pen? No? well here, take mine, Oh and here's a piece of paper. eh...You know what I might want that paper back, I'll need you to pay me for my trouble...Your number? sure."

"Pen? Paper? Your phone number? Great!"

Just examples. I HIGHLY advise against giving them your number. Why? Because you rely on them to call you, and that's not a good idea. Getting email is also a good idea, actually it's a VERY good idea, because not only do you have a conversation, but you have time to think, as well as a log to what she likes/dislikes.

Note: I advise talking to her about 2-3 times a week max, if she calls you, then have a quick conversation and leave like you're busy. This way, she'll know that you have a life, and you aren't going to change just so you can talk to her.

And for muffin bob's sake, don't call her the day you get her number. Wait 3-4 days, then call, so that you don't seem desprate.

I'll stop now before I go into details.

First, start off the conversation in a way that will make her remember you. DON'T COMPLIMENT HER!

For bloody hell, if you compliment her, you already seen as "another guy". Shoot,there is a guy that walks around and tells a woman her fly is open and walks away. Does she just sit there and take that? NO! She hunts him down and the ice is broken. Doesn't work the same way if you compliment somone.


Do something that she doesn't expect. Escort her, pull out a chair, and when she tries to sit, you sit down as well and say "Oh, you wanted one too?". She'll find that hard to forget.

The trick is to be teasing with your words but chivalrous in action. Keep tension in the air between you, keep her guessing "Does he like me?" "Does he really think my shoes are bad?" "Is he just playing with me?".

Actually when you think about it...even if you do date someone you know they are still strangers in a way because love life and friendship are two completely different aspects and it's almost like starting all over again. Also, dating someone that you're very close to can be a very tough and risky experience. o_O!

...I would want a complete stranger because it's a new world to explore. You sort of "start new" I suppose you can say. Finding out new things about someone is probably the most intricate and important growth stage in dating. That's what dating is all about in my opinion.

The love of my life was a complete stranger. We met at school and had no idea who we were.

But people are different and have their ways of dating...some might be compatible with people they already know and then others like me...venture onto other paths.
