Firstly, I hate when guys refer to it as "getting girls". We aren't toys or things you can possess, we are HUMAN BEINGS.

The worst thing you can do is ask a girl out through her friend. That shows that you're unconfident and, quite frankly, too immature to even have a girlfriend. Don't try and be friends with her, because she'll think that's all you want to be and then you have no chance. Going from friend to boyfriend is not easy, nor is getting out of a relationship and still staying friends. The best thing you can do is show her that you're interested. Ask her questions, want to know more about her.

If any guy thinks this is the way to get a girl you are either messing with a gutter slut or do not have any respect for girls. My way to get them was always to just be myself, try to be as honest as possible, and never overpursue or seem too desperate.

Something that's worked for me in the past is, after you've got to know her a bit and she considers you as a friend, just drive to her place *WITHOUT CALLING* and ask her out. I'm pretty sure most girls like being surprised like this as long as you do it right and do it at time you are perfectly certain that they have nothing to do. It doesn't need to be something huge... What I liked to do was during the summer I would offer her to go take a walk on the beach before joining up with our other friends for the evenning. Insisting too much about being alone with her all the time is generally not a good idea. Go with the flow and one day it will feel perfectly natural to bring her back at your place after a night out in the bars or a party.

When you friends with a girl first thats the HARDEST obstical to over come when you want to get with them. No matter what you do or say they only see you as a friend becasue they are comfortable with that. It sucks but its how things work.

Just be nice and cool around her... but not too much to be her 'Best Friend Forever.' That's probably the worst thing you could do if you like the girl. Always be yourself and never lie. Eventually they'll figure it out and get mad.

But when you girls figure out or get mad about it, its usually too late when we've already moved on to someone who notices us. Whats up with that?

So become a bit cocky and funny and that's part of the formula that will get you into the dating scene without problems... but do not lose confidence... EVER!! If you have no confidence, women will see you as a weakling...

Plus what's the worst that can happen if she turns you down? NOTHIN! You move on.. and look for more fish in the sea, start with girls in the rating of your liking 1-5. Don't get into a relationship with them, but become their friends. Get to know how women think and what things women "generally" like and dislike and work your way up the rankings 6-10 until you find that really hot ass girl of your dreams.
