thats tough. im sort of on and off dieting right now. it could help...maybe. working out might help lose the fat but it would add on to the pounds. muscle weighs more than fat. i always hated that fact...maybe eating out less ( if you do ), eating healthier foods, eating smaller amounts of food, etc. im trying to do those. im not sure if that helps any, but thats all i know.

run and diet. and do crunches and stuff. it all depends on the person- it may take hardly any time to tone up, others it takes a while.

1- cutting back on foods such as calories, having smaller amounts of food, and eating healthier. (just make sure you don't starve yourself, cause that will only make matters worse)
2- excerise
i'm pretty sure you would be able to lose 10-15 pounds in 3 months if you try your best.

South Beach Diet
Two week purge. Meat vegetables and cheese. As few carbs as humanly possible.
Trust me I just lost 13 pounds in the past two weeks on this thing. Look it up, buy the book. It's extremely easy compared to other diets, and it works seriously fast.

How old are you?
If you are under 18, it is serious UNHEALTHY to go on one of those fad-diets. Your teenage years are when your body does the most growing and if you don't get the food you need, it may stunt it.
Just eat healthy and exercise- ALOT. Drinking massive quanities of water helps alot too.
Someone should make a pinned topic about weight loss or something.

-Drink lots of water and only water
- Running and jump rope will help alot
- Crunches will help tone your abdominals
-Eat healthy. Dont go on those crazy diet where you stuff your face only with proteins and no carbs. Carbs are your body primary source of energy. If theres no carbs it will end up using proteins as a source of energy. However proteins are used to help heal muscles tissues and other organs. Too much protein will force your kidneys to work much more harder to get rid of excess proteins.

Run. That's all you need to do is run and drink plenty of water, but make sure you run atleast 3 miles atleast 3 times a week.
When I ran cross country, I started out at nearly 125. By the end of the season, I was at 106. Of course, since I've taken the year off, I gained all of it back, but still. It's not that hard to lose weight as long as you're active.
