my older bro 17 has moved home from boarding school after being away since he was 10.

we are sharing a room and bathroom now and he is really open about being nude and getting changed in front of me, he never closes the bathroom door when taking a shower or using the toilet.

I don't think he is gay but the fact that he is older then you and doesn't mind being naked around you is abnormal. It'd probably be different if you were both little kids but now that his older he should want to have that privacy. If it makes you feel uncomfortable then just leave the room or tell him about it.
