a rather cliche poem, but i couldn't help myself...just some random writing i did today. but yeah...its not that great but i haven't shared much lately so i just felt like posting...bleh.

Routine

Early morning
Lids flutter open
Another day begun again
Arrive at school
Sit through class
Learning, sleeping, doodling
Simple tasks
Done while half asleep
Boring duties continue on
Laughs with friends
Smiles ‘tween classes
All seems normal as can be
Brief sparks of happiness
Through all the drudge
Before the school day’s over again
Drive all the way home
More pointless activities
Just before falling back into bed
Now all’s let out
The tears flow on
Another day gone quietly by.

That is 100% true and relatable. I like the simple style of writing. I like it a lot.
